I took this kid who works for me. He has developed a keen interest in hunting . I took him out to my place. He whacked 2 really big boars at night with thermal imaging equipment.

Very Cool.

I'm about to dip a toe into thermal scopes as well.

Looking at the ATN Thor 4 384.

I love my thermal scope and hand-scanner. Not sure how many hogs I've killed with it but got 3 for sure and one wounded last outing. Now that the weather has changed back to normal, I'll be back in the saddle this coming week.

And--that one on the left has a lengthy snout for sure.

Very good Larry.

Did you weigh them?

Good deal taking a new hunter out.

IS that right tire off the ground or is it
illusion?

George:

It is an illusion.

They weighed weighed 267 and 219. Good hogs pretty much anywhere . Big boy needed an orthodontist.

Just ordered one of the Liemke Merlin 35 attachable thermal adapters. I like the fact that I can attach it to an existing scope and can use the rifle with or without thermal. Also like the fact that I can sight in with the scope as normal.

I also have a high end Trijicon. It is an adapter as well. We had a hell of a time zeroing it. The weight of everything was just too much . I took it off.
