My brother -in-law and I would like to visit a wild boar ranch. I have a bad wheel on one side and will need to hunt from a treestand. He wants a stalk. Is there somewhere we can each do our thing on the same place? And just what might a wild boar hunt cost? Biggest game I've ever taken is deer, close to home. No idea.

Look at www.bigwoods.net and www.heartsbluff.com Both are large free range ranches but most spot and stalks have to be pre-arranged . Basically most ranches here do gun blind or tree stand hunting or tripods . If there aren't many people hunting the ranch, it frees up space and you realy don't want to walk into an area someone else may be hunting but I have done the stalk type hunt at both of these, but make sure ahead of time because it will depend on how many hunters are at the ranch.
you can make more money, you can not make more time
I also guide on a place that we can either do spot and stalk or sit at feeders but the outfit is not as large as you may want for the travel you plan on doing.

These hunts cost considerably less than I had expected. I'm sure we'll be making reservations after my BIL comes back from his fishing trir off the Florida panhandle. Perfect. Thanks, guys.
