Got through a few busy weeks and got the traps re-baited and set this week. First morning out, the round trap had zero corn but hadn't been sprung. So-"Coons, I thunk" but then realized I had set the trip rope too high and the pigs just went under without tripping it. Frowner Box trap at the feeder--same old s***. All the corn eaten up to the entrance and about a foot inside, but the bottom of the trap was still painted gold. Mad

Well, rebaited and adjusted the trip rope and just knew I'd have pork this AM--right! Had about a 130 boar and a 30-lb shoat. That makes 30 since January 1. I've got a ways to go to beat last year--69 total.
