Now that I have a real scale I am finding my "drag" scale was pretty accurate. Guessed this one at 175 to 200 toward the 200 end. 197.5 pounds and this is the longest pig my hoist will raise off the ground hooking em in the hock. Bigger I will have to "hog' tie em! 416 Rigby 350 grain Speer. Almost no blood entrance or exit! Went in right side top of shoulder behind the ear and exited left side right beside his sheath. Landowner was excited as always! It is hot and humid!! | ||

I shot several hogs with the 350gr Speer out of my 416 Taylor. It always did a good job. My son shot a big one running straight away. Took him in the Texas heart and came out under his chin, DRT for sure. | |||
