A few of us did another "Full Moon Hog Hunt" near Utopia, Texas last weekend. Friday night we hunted from 7:30 P.M. until 7:30 A.M. Saturday night we hunted from 1:00 A.M. until 7:30 A.M.. We ended up with hogs, lots of coons, a grey fox, and an Axis doe (during the day). Three of the gang came down from Missouri and fried up some awesome frogs legs, turtle, and fish Saturday.

Brandon took the Axis doe with a head shot and didn't take any pics.
Ask him about it Andy.

Wonder if those guys from up north have recovered from their "moonburn". Or did you warn them in advance? jumping

As always, the Posse whacks and stacks.

Nice post Bob, looks like lots of fun. I just checked my game cams after over a month. Lots of hog pics but it's just too HOT for me to do anything about it. To top it off, the AC in my truck went out while I was out there. LOL. At least it's under warranty

We are so damn dry up here in Bosque Co that I declared "the Water Peace" like Kipling the waterholes are so few I dont hunt them cause everything needs to get to water. hogs mostly left two months ago.
