Wild Hog Cobbler...
Whitworth asked that I post this here...

Found this fresh steaming pile of Hog sh*t on our place in Huntsville a couple weeks ago.

Hmmm....do you think he's been eating blackberries? Big Grin

Would rather it be around some homemade crust though.......... just thinking out loud....

Yep, keep an eye on that one if possible and when the berries run out, time to collect him

We see something similar when the tunas on the prickly pear get ripe.

CHC,

Ever notice out there or where there is a lot of pear, the pigs and the javelin like to chew the roots? I have found a few over here where the pigs will get a pear root up, start chewing, like chew the bark off of it, never cut the root? There may be 3-4-5 feet of a root on the ground and the bark completely chewed off of it. Just an observation…..

Yes ir I have seen that from both, but deer, both white tails and mulies will also do that at times.

I like to show clients the skin from a prickly pear pad after the javelina have rooted all of the goodies out.

Amazing how they do that without hands to grab it with..
