TrophyShotPrintsNight Vision Binoculars?
Any pig hunters here can recommend a good pair of night vision binos for ~ $400-500?
Thanks!

butchlocthere aren't any - for that amount you will get a gen 1 or 2 and to really see anything you will need gen 3. monoculars start at about 3 times that price, binos are much higher

duckmanSave your money and get the gen 3 or you will be disappointed.I have been using a gen 3 PVS 14 for 10 yrs and they are just as good today as they were when new.I can drive up to a wheat field and look all the way across it on a 50% moon and see hogs if they are there.About 800 yds.

jeffeossoNo. The x550 digital ranger might be worthwhile but not execlent.

African Hunters QuestBuy a reasonable cheap pair and an infrared spotlight. You can see as far as you like with that setup

jeffeossoThis doesn't work out how you might think as I have tried this. A gallzion watt ir spot about doubles the range. And is a pita to use in the field.
