My new hog rifle is a Ruger M77 in .338 -- just got it dialed in, but haven't blooded it yet. What kind of loads are you shooting, Buglemintoday?

200 gr Winchester Ballistic Silvertips!

Bullet entered on left cheek bone, devastated bottom jaw, and wasn't recovered yet.

I dont think the bullet is suited for moose or elk, but it does a number on the hoggies!

I just dialed mine in with 250 grain Partition Golds. Can't wait to try it on hogs -- hopefully in the near future.
