Took a mate , Chris out to try and get his first pig with his bow. He did well and got a nice boar from around 2m. shooting it from a bank whilst it was bedded on a billabong. He was still shaking 40 min later.
Pretty hot and a couple of other boars got away.
Hunted again late in the evening and Chris got his first pigs with his shotgun, and Sg's.
Did a morning hunt and I got three of a creek system with the double. Also caught a piglet that had just escaped a freshwater croc. Alot of puncture marks across his body, and bleeding pretty bad. Died from its wounds.
Heres some pics Mick

Hey Mick:
Can't get much better than taking a newbie out for his first one's. Then getting a big 'un like that you have to pack out on your back.
Man, I'm jealous!!

Friend Pete says Darwin is Three days drive from the far east coast, too far for a stinking pig". Hmmm, his choice huh?

Take care and thanks for sharing with us.
