Got an invite to southeast Fla for pigs and think I'll use an AR with a Ruski upper. Having never hunted pigs before I'm wondering what bullet I should work up a load for and make sure it feeds right, any thoughts? I want a couple of younger ones for eating but you never really know what might pop out! Aaron Mausers-When you care enough to shoot the best

Might help a bit to know what caliber. I shot two with 100gr .243, head shots from a blind. George "Gun Control is NOT about Guns' "It's about Control!!" Join the NRA today!" LM: NRA, DAV, George L. Dwight

I have killed several pigs at the ranch with my AR. I'm shooting .223 steel cased 55 grain hollow points. Bang, Flop from about 80 yards. Bullet placement is everything! Rusty We Band of Brothers!
