I need to start the search for a hog and/or javelina hunt for a corporate hunt. We expect there to be 4-8 people probably hunting 2-3 days. I would say there is going to be for sure 4 people hunt and the list may grow from there. Accommodations don't need to be 5 star, but something nice is always great.

I'm looking for a hunt the latter part of this year thru the first part of next (from Nov. to March). Thanks for the recommendations.

I hunted with Jody Starr Outfitters near San Antonio. My friend and I went last February for Javelinas. He offers unlimited hog hunts and allows hunters to take 2 Javelinas. Since I was only going for Javelinas, I didn’t spend anytime trying to get a hog. I took 2 nice Javelinas and a bobcat and I was done!!! My friend took 1 Javelina and a meat hog.

Jody has a great place and his hunts are on huge whitetail/cattle ranches. I couldn’t recommend him more. I know I’ll be back in Dec/Jan.

We killed 6 hogs and 2 javies, in 2 1/2 days. We could have gotten more, but ran out of cooler space! When we go back to Texas, we will hunt with them again.
