Really nice hogs for sure, I noticed in the last picture a whole pile of gear. What is all that? Again congratulations on such a fine hunt.

regards,
Larry

Aloha Larry,

The backpacks you see behind me is the gear from me and a couple of hunting buddies. We usually carry water/gatorade,first aid supplies, snacks, meat bags etc. This way we are hopefully prepared for things that may come up during the hunt.

Where we hunt on Oahu,Hawaii there is no road access etc. everything is by foot mobile. We usually cover some miles sometimes over 20+ miles walking in a day. And this is through some really nasty terrain so we try to be a little prepared.

About 8 yrs ago I got my thumb cut off by a boar and the first aid kit came in real handy Big Grin

Hope I asnwered your question, Oh by the way your story had me on the ground laughing my head off that was great...I LOVED IT!!!

Aloha,

Dom

Thanks Dom, you certainly did answer the question. I thouht you might be packing the meat out, I believe I could have kept up with you in my prime, but my prime is way past. I can really see the need for first aid stuff for you and the dogs.

Glad you enjoyed my story, too bad it wasn't on video, we might have won a prize on America's Most Funnies Videos.

Aloha at you too!
Larry
