I hunted with an outfit in the panhandle a couple of times that was reasonable called Florida Slam Outfitters. Don't know their status any more as I haven't been there in a few years. There are a number of good outfits near Lake Okeechobee (the middle of the state) like Bear Bridge Ranch, and L&R Outfitters -- I haven't hunted with either but know folks who have.
