How sad to hear of such events. Obviously the hog hunting is not controlling them very well.

Does it ever, really? With their prodigious breeding, it's difficult to really put a dent in their populations. It is sad to hear......

Man how terrible is that! Feral hogs are a problem in many places, but I know of no such tragedies here as of yet. I hunted this past week-end by invitation of a landowner who required that we killed all hogs and took none out alive.

He has trapped hundreds of hogs over an extended time, but the traps are becoming less and less effective and out of desperation he is turning to us, from what I hear he is really very selective as to who he allows on his property.

These feral hogs really make it hard on domestic stock and in particular, hard on the native deer population.

This of course pales in comparison to the deaths and mutilation of these poor people.

If your Government made it easier, eg: cheaper flights, a possee would be not far away. I'm sure the Bubbas and Canuckistanians would bring lots of firepower!
