Last Saturday evening we were returning from a weeklong family vacation at the beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. We stopped to fuel in Kilgore. Just before the second exit after we got back on Interstate 20, there were pigs feeding on the grassy area just beyond the shoulder of the highway. Best I could tell at 80 mph, three adults and four juveniles. I know we have a pig problem in Texas. But seeing them feed on the side of an Interstate highway is a new one for me. Here’s a link to a map of the intersection. They were on the northeast corner of the intersection of IH20 and FM1252. LWD

I see a lot of game on the side of the road between Ft. Stockton and Junction. Late at night, they'll be right next to the road. I've seen Axis deer, whitetail, and turkey within a few feet of the interstate. Havent seen hogs though. The Hunt goes on forever, the season never ends. I didn't learn this by reading about it or seeing it on TV. I learned it by doing it.
