Well, without a deer down so far and few legal bucks around, and needing to put one in the freezer it is time to get the M/L ready as the two weeks after the general season is coming and antlerless are legal.

Set up the target and fired the first shot out of a clean cold barrel—about 6” high and a bit right. Cranked the scope down and gradually walked it into the bull.

One last windage adjustment, then I moved the target to 50 yds and verified—perfect! 1” high.

Looks like you are all set. Good luck on putting some venison in the freezer!

Bobby—I’ve had as many as 8 antlerless in front of me at once, and there is no way to draw and shoot a bow with that many eyes in front of you. So hopefully things will change come Jan 6th—

Just 8! I need to send a few your way! Ha Ha I had a wildlife biologist at the wife's place for another reason and showed her some game cam pictures. She said I really needed to do the MLD thing that she was in charge of. Besides donating them, what would I do with all of them. Too much time and expense. I suggested that instead of pigs TP&W should poison them. She did not like my humor! I live in town, best buck I saw was under our bird feeder!
