Two weeks ago, when I showed up to the place I have been pig hunting the most for the last couple years, the locks were changed! I called the guy and he said that his sons think they have it figured out now and they wanted to take care of the hogs themelves. Oh well move on to next I guess. Bow season has opened now and that pretty much ends my pig hunting until spring any way. I have several other places to hunt but this one was close to the house and easy to pick the boys up after work and go get one or two. Maybe they will lose intrest soon and Ill get it back. I have killed 68 hogs off that place this year and they have killed 4. I guess I will just wait and see.

With four hogs to their credit, it doesn't sound like they've quite figured it out! Sorry to hear that you have lost your spot. "Ignorance you can correct, you can't fix stupid." Bummer there guy. Sorry to hear about your loss. Well, maybe they will come to understand the error of their ways. Hopefully you will be able to score a new place soon. I recently left a lease that I had been on for 7 years. Shot tons of hogs, also deer, audad sheep, axis and blackbuck antelope as well as javelina and varmints. Hated to do it but the boy that was to inherit the ranch and I came to loggerheads. I left rather than to be dis-invited. GWB

Ouch! The close to home thing is sure a bonus. Good luck in your search for a new honey hole. Matt
