Well, if I can ever put one deer in the freezer, I have hogs to kill, starting with this armored boar. Don't think it would cause a bullet issues, but not so sure about an arrow should it impact in the center of one of the hard spots.

https://feralhogs.extension.or...ields-in-feral-hogs/ I'm amazed at the thickness of the armor every time I skin an old boar. I've never had the shield stop a bullet, but it has crossed my mind that if I was to hit it with a .41 Mag slug at some extended range (75-100 yards?) I might have a trailing job on my hands, and I've never found feral hogs to leave a very good blood trail. (I accuse their fat of clogging the entry wound, and I don't have that many exit wounds.)

Good luck with that bruiser.

Kyler--I noticed that myself--and corrected it. Fat fumble fingers during programming produce that type of camera.

And, I put a deer down last evening so now the pigs are fair game again!!!
