I've acquired a leica 900 scan rangefinder, the older green one. I was just wondering if they are of pretty good quality and what the value of something like that would be? Thanks

I have one, it seems to be well made and rugged. I have carried it on quite a few hunts and it has always worked. However mine will not work on prairie dog size targets past about 300y. Not sure any of the others will do that either. I have no idea of current value.

They are excellent range finders! I've had mine for probably 7+ years now and I haven't had any troubles.

I think when I upgrade to one that lets me know "Distance to shoot" due to angles, I'll hang on to this pair of Leica's.
