Early Leupold 4 powers (4x28mm) have quite a fair area to work with on scope mounting. There's about 7" between the front bell expansion and rear eyepiece threads. Later Leupold 4s lost quite a bit in this length. These also look nice on vintage rifles and even though old they're really quite good optically... Edward Lundberg | |||
