AQnyone tried the new Simmons master series ? I reas some very positive articles about them.

I bought the 3-9x Prohunter Master Series. I think it was right around $100 with shipping. I used it twice and it has held zero. The image is not great - could use better glass. The fast-focus ring moves too easily, so I taped it down with stretchy electrician's tape.

The recticle adjustments move right-now. This is the reason I bought the scope. My Leoupold's adjustments seemed to move later, after a few shots were fired to settle it in.

I will leave the Simmons on the rifle until I see the new Redfields.
