Two weeks ago, I sent Burris one of their older scopes that needed work. Tonight (10 minutes ago) UPS delivered a brand new sealed-in-box Burris Fullfield II. Absolutely amazing!!!

I always like to hear when folks have good experiences like that.
I have an older Black Diamond,and 2 FF II's but have never had any problems with them. One of the FF II's is probably over 10 yrs.old and it has been used and abused. If it dies tomorow, it does'nt owe me a thing.

I have had nothing but top notch service from Burris Optics. I own three burris pistol scopes and a BlackDiamond rifle scope and they are great, but I did have to send one pistol scope in for repair and they fixed it and I had it back in about two weeks. I would buy Burris in the future because of their service after the sale.
