I'm thinking of taking a take-down Browning lever rifle (.300 Win. mag. or .325 WSM) to Africa for plainsgame/hyena (shots could be quite close or 200 yds +)...should I mount a scout-type/long-relief scope on the barrel, or would a reciever-mounted scope be close -to- zero when re-assembled? If a long-relief scope is the way to go, I'd appreciate suggestions of what to buy , under $1,000... | ||
