I am looking for

(1) Picatinny mount on which I can mount a high power target scope and move across ar and bolt rifles. A quick detach or minimum one piece mount.

(2) Steel one inch Picatinny rings.

I've started to use picatinny rails on all my rifles. I'm not sure about moving a scope across platforms, but I have individual rings (Leupold) and one piece mounts (Rock River and LaRue) and I think any quick release option would work for what you're looking to do.
