Just curious if anyone has seen or tried the new Leica illuminated ERi rifle scopes?
I'm having a single shot in 30-06 built & thought this might be a nice scope to try?

I looked at them at the SHOT SHOW in January. Looks like a great scope. I have not used one yet.

I know I'm waiting on them...

Thinking an illuminated #4 2.5-10x42 would be perfect in a leopard blind.

Ongwe,
Exactly my thought, I have a leopard hunt in the Save set up for April, 2015.

My friend bought one for moose hunting this fall.
Put it on a ZKK 602 in 300 H&h and he can´t praise it high enough.
The best all round scope he have ever owned he says.

Well, when I was at SCI Vegas last month I spotted one at the WED/THUR Day Auction
& bid. I am now the proud owner of a Leica ERi 2.5-10x42mm scope (4a reticle).
They are shipping it next week! I am having a 30-06 single shot built that I think this
scope would fit nicely.
I have a leopard hunt in Zimbabwe scheduled for 2015 & hopefully will
be able to really test out the "light gathering" qualities & the illuminated reticle
on this new scope!

I picked one of the demos from CameraLand and am impressed so far. I put it on a 300 H&H, sighted it in and have shot it a couple times since.

Hopefully it will get tried out on a cat next year.

Glad too hear everyone's liking them I've thought of putting one on a 375 ruger
