I had a pair of 8x30 WB. This is the old style and they were about 20 years old and some of the rubber pieces were starting to show some wear. I sent them in to Swarovski and ask them to replace the rubber pieces and generally just do a tune up. I also requested that I have them back by the begining of May as I was planing to take them to Africa. Well UPS delivered them to Sawarovski on 26 Feb and back to me on 8 March. Here is the good part as they upgraded me to a newer model. To say I am pleased is an understatement.

Swaro service is pretty amazing. Gives you a lot of reassurance when buying thier stuff. Now if we can just get them off the 10yr Warranty on their new top of the line Z-6's!..................DJ
