I purchased a Burris Euro Diamond scope for a friend for a Christmas present.

He has a Dakota Mod. 76 in 375 Dakota, that he hopes to take to Africa in the near term.

I purchased the 1X4X24 scope (typical dangerous game configuration), and I have to say it sure looks nice (both through the occular, and on the outside).

It appears to a lot of scope for the money, and I like how you can lock in the reticle after sighting it in.
He has Talley mounts on his rifle, so I'll let you know how it shoots.
