I recently had an issue with a Vortex scope which required me to return it to them to test their warranty.
I'm happy to report that less than six days after sending the scope back to them I had a brand new example of the same model in my hands, no questions asked.
I'm still just a tad leery and plan to run this new scope through a good deal of testing, but their warranty is superb.

I have had excellent experiences in dealing with the folks at Vortex. I have never had a problem with there products but needed help, coordination and a special request, all of which they promptly assisted me with. I have their Viper PST 6-24x50 mounted on a .223, which was very popular in africa.
