I have heard this is a great buy for 159.99. Does anyone have any exp. with this scope. It would be on a Encore 7-08 26 inch barrel. I think it would be just what the doctor ordered maybe a little two much magnification. I dont think I have ever shot something with my scope on more than x4.

For the 7-08 good or bad.

On a CZ 375 H&H would it survive.

I have one like this on my .22 Mag. I bought it to put on a Rem Mdl 600 but the turret and objective lens bell were so close together I couldn't mount it far enough forward. I probably won't make much difference but I'd want to try out how it fits before purchase.

I own a pair of the Fullfield II 3x9 scopes, and believe the 2x7 would be a great scope for a compact short action rifle. IT would be excellent on a Remington Model 7 or Ruger compact. Not sure one would fit on a long action Savage or similar, though.
