Local cabelas has a pair of Leica 10x42 range finding binocs with the ballistic feature in the bargain cave. They also have some Swarovski els with rangefinders. Wanting pros and cons of both from people with experience. The electronics in them are what have me worried. The swarovskis have been factory repaired and have the same warranty.the leicas are priced $1000 off retail I have just heard some bad on leicas warranty. Thanks

Thanks that's what I was wanting too know. I like Leica optics,but horror story's from them not wanting too do warranty work.
