Hi guys thinking of getting a top of the line scope, and this one looks like it would fit in with what I have(7mm Dakota Custom rifle). Does anyone have any experience with March scopes? i know they are used for benchrest but their new model is for hunting. Also how does their glass compare to a Zeiss , Swarovski, or Smidt&bender? I m looking for a scope with tactical turrets, with a lots of moa, but I would like it if its not a tank, as its not going on a very heavy gun.
Thanks
Elmer

If you want clarity it's the scope for you. I've owned Schmidt & Bender and Swarovski. Neither brand can hold a candle to the March in that dept. The magnification range is unheard of. They are the first company to pull off a 10X magnification range. The "eye-box" is very generous at all power levels and the eye relief is non-critical. It's my understanding the turrets are hand lapped and the ED lenses are epoxied in place. I honestly have never looked through a cleaner scope.

The bad part is the warranty sucks. If I remember correctly it's 5 or 7 years, can't remember right now. Other wise it's a great optic. This could be bad but I very rarely need warranty work opn my optics.

All models are basicly the same, you just add the turrets and reticle you want. Mine is a hunting model with Mil-dot reticle and tactical turrets added.

If you want to save a little cash I need to sell the one I own.
