Doug & Mat of Camera Land are off to SHOT Show

Now that the new year has arrived it means many things to many people:
A new calendar
A fresh start
SHOT Show

For the purpose of this writting SHOT Show is what January brings. As in years past I have a VERY full plate. I have appointments with:

Bushnell, Carson, Fuji, Kowa, Leica, Leupold, Meopta, Minox, Nikon, NiteSite, Plano, Schmidt & Bender, ScopeCoat, Steiner, Swarovski, Trijicon, Vortex, & Zeiss

Looking to add some new lines this year. Going to try to find the time to meet with Weaver as a few people have requested we start to carry their products. Going to try to expand our offerings. Of course only with quality products we feel would be beneficial to you.

Vortex was nice enough to give us a heads up on some of their new products:
In new product they announced:
A Hunting Version of their top end glass, the Razor HD LH (Light Hunter 1" Tube) Riflescope
This will be available in:
3-15x42 ($899.99), 2-10x40 (799.99) and a 1.5-8x32 ($749.99).

In the Crossfire II series they added a 2-7x32 Scout V-Plex #CF2-31002 Riflescope which will sell for only $149.99.

Ranger 1500 Laser Rangefinder

The Diamondback Binocular Line has once again been updated and refreshed.

Raptor 10x32 Binocular

In Leica we will get a chance to see the new Leica Trinovid HD binoculars
10x42 @ $999.00
8x42 @ $949.00
as well as their new Leica Geovid -R Series Rangefinder Binoculars. These are available in Yards or Meter specific and range in price from $1749.00 for the 8x42's, $1799.00 for the 10x42's, $2199.00 for the 8x56 (I've never seen the appeal of the 8x56) and $2499.00 for the 15x56's.

Meopta has announced:
6 different versions of a 6.5-20x50 Meopro riflescope, ($949.99-$999.99).

In Tactical they introduced the ZD 6-24X56 2nd FP MilDot- II RED @ $1,799.99
