The folks @ Bear Basin have been very good people to deal with for me.
I usually have called them, or occasionally emailed.

They batted 50-50 with me, although that was years ago. My first deal was flawless. My second included a Burris scope that had a misalinged/improperly mounted lens which resulted in anything but sharp focus (it was an AO model).

I called BB the very same day the scope arrived as it only took me a couple minutes -- at most -- to detect the problem.

I was told to contact Burris...that it was not their problem. Granted, what they said is true, but most retailers will take a return on a brand-new item that turns out to be defective.

I've not dealt with them since.
