You will find some info on the Leupold site about the Eurpean model.
They seem not to stock your model at the time beeing, but they have been around for a few years.
Quite a few of these are in use here in Norway.
Mostly because of the #4 reticle and the mm adjustments.

no. not the newer european. those are a basic VX-2 with a 30mm tube.
this is an older scope with an adjustable objective on a 50mm.

I've got one just like yours and I love it for load development. I've no idea what they're worth, though.
