About 2 years ago I sold my pair of Swarovski swarovision Binoculars, thinking that I was going to purchase the Swarovski Range when they came out in 10 x 42, which they finally did, after I sold my Swarovski Rangefinder. But, now, when I start looking at these Swarovski Range binoculars, it seems like the quality of the binocular itself is not up to the same par as that of the Swarovision without the Rangefinder. It seems as though the specs aren't the same for each model, which surprises me. But I could be wrong. Question. Has anybody owned the Swarovision and then purchased the Range. If so, what did you think of the quality of the sight picture between the two of them? How about the overall quality? Maybe I shouldn't have been in such a hurry to sell of the the Swarovision! Good thing I kept the rangefinder.

in my mostly worthless opinion, when you migrate to the really top grade stuff , the differences between them are an individual opinion reallynot discernible by others

The EL Range binos DO NOT use the same glass as the EL Swarovision binos.
