Buckmaster on a 300 Weatherby?
Will a Nikon Buckmaster 3-9x40 handle the recoil of a 300 Wby?

Thanks!!

Absolutely. Good choice. Don't forget about Midway and the sale on Monarch 3-9x40 BDC. It ends today I do believe. The coupon code savings, that is. Go HERE.

You bet.
Had an older BM on a .300 RUM for a LOT of rounds. Never moved on me.
BM's good to go.

The Monarch's just a little more money and a better scope optically speaking.

There's a ton of great buys out there now that Nikon's replacing or upgrading rather, the Monarch.
I'd hartily recommend buying the Monarch instead.

cheaptrick.....out!!

Ditto what small fish said. BTW, it'll even handle a 338RUM.

Mounted properly, it will hold up just fine. My Nikons receive lots of in-the-field abuse and have caused no problems whatsoever and continue to perform flawlessly.

Mounted incorrectly, a .300 Wthby Mag has ample recoil to destroy any scope in short order.
