Does anyone know of, or have experience with putting a red dot sight on an M1 carbine? I've always liked the M1 carbine for it's handiness and think a red dot (or similar) site would be ideal for night use.

This strikes me as almost as blasphemous as putting a red dot on a Colt SAA. Some things are best the way they are...

Alas, I've grown too old for single actions but the carbine is still a viable tool.

B-square could not help but Midway had 2 of them. Bought 'em both and a cheap red dot sight. Works great. Thanks all. Mike
