Found a pair of Leica Trinovid 10x42 BA Binoculars. New in the box. What would be a fair price for them ?

I'd say $800 or so, less would be a "great" deal.

Thats what I had figured myself. Glad I'm not alone !

I have a pair of Trinovids form the early 70's and they are still good glass. BTW there is an outfit in Texas that is selling replacement eye cups for the old ones; the rubber in them seem to deteriorate with time. I will be on my third set before long.
