Ordered scope today from US Optics. It is shown above without options. Here is final specification. This scope is a totally loaded technology evaluator. To save me effort of redoing it, I have used product description from their web site.

Scope:

Description:

This model SN-3 was design with the DMR/SPR style rifles in mind. The 1.8-10X zoom provides excellent CQB usage on the low power and on 10 X, it is capable of making accurate shots to 1000+ yards. This model is perfect for Military precision on the AR style weapon platforms as well as bolt guns and M14 style weapons. Even with the smaller objective, it still provides excellent low light capabilities. An optional adjustable objective provides accurate parallax adjustment from 50yrds. to infinity. Reliable adjustments and extreme durability make this scope a very effective tool in the field. MOA or MIL reticles allow you to use whichever unit of measure you desire. Optional finish colors available at an additional charge. Scope body, eye piece, objective housing and any and all other body parts are made with 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum and are then coated with a matte black type III hard anodizing. Elevation knobs materials consist of stainless, brass and 4130 Chrome Moly, ball detents are tungsten carbide with a stainless steel jacket. Dual elevation and windage rebound springs will insure decades of reliable and accurate adjustments.

The GAP reticle was designed by George Gardner of GA Precision fame and U.S. Optics in Las Vegas at the SHOT show in 2004. The GAP reticle is a MIL value reticle that is great for hold off shooting with any caliber that uses 9 MIL’s or less for ballistic compensation. The crosshairs are divided up in .5 MIL’s on all four axis. The lower vertical line is divided out to 9 MIL’s and the horizontal is divided out to 4 MIL’s on both the left and right. Above center on the vertical is also divided out to 4 MIL’s.

USO has reported back a four months delivery. That puts it in April, which ain't bad. Seems they are very busy because of non-civilian business. They said they would try to improve on this.

Price for this totally loaded example is a touch over $2K. Base price for functional standard scope is around $1400. That surprisingly is just a little more than the top of the line Leupolds???

As soon as I have more information
