Just had a great experience with Nikon on warranty service on two binoculars. One was a Monarch ATB and the other was a Monarch X. Both experienced failures do to my kids messing with the eye cups and the focus wheel. Optics are not alway kid proof. (at least my kids)
Filled out a ticket online and mailed into their service center in El Segundo CA and one week and a day they were back in my hands. The ATB had the eye cups replaced and cleaned up nicely. The Monarch X they sent me a new replacement set. I have got to say I was very impressed. I really like Nikon optics I have several Buckmaster and Monarch scopes besides my binoculars. Good to see when there is a problem (and not really theirs) that they stand my their products.
