Does anyone have experience with the Trijicon MRO?

I am going to mount a red dot on my Arsenal AK with a side receiver mount; my problem is that many regular sized red dot sights align for the correct height for an AR (~1.5" to center of optic), and I need it lower to keep a decent cheek weld on the stock AK.

I had thought about a Triji Reflex 1x24, but even that is a little high (1.3" with low mount), so the MRO seems to be about the right height according to the Trijicon website (.985"), if I use their low mount.
