I had one of these on my son's paintball gun about 10 years ago. Found it in our basement and put it on my Ruger 10/22 for giggles.

The dot was all over the paper at 10 feet. If I tried to keep the dot in the center of the field of view it was repeatable but without a second reference this was a chore. I realize it is not like my $450.00 EO-Tec.

This is my first experience with a red dot. Are all of them this way or is it a matter of you get what you pay for? http://www.opticsplanet.com/bs...-red-dot-sights.html

BSA is Chinese junk just a hair above the toy category.

I'm surprised it still even worked!

You do get what you pay for with Optics, but someone else will have to chime in on DOT sights, my experience with them is very limited.
