I sent a VX-7 scope to Leupold for a reticle change by priority mail last Friday.

USPS said Leupold would have it by Monday. (Massachusetts to Oregon.)

Tuesday, I got an email from Leupold stating that they had done the work and were sending the scope back to me by UPS Next Day Air. They gave me the tracking number.

Yesterday, Wednesday, the scope, with its new reticle, was delivered to my door - and there was no charge for the return shipping.

I am amazed and impressed! THAT is incredible customer service!

I've heard that their service was good but never needed it. Good to know since most of my scopes are Leupolds.

Leupold warrants ALL their stuff, no matter the age or problem. No matter if you're the original owner or found it in a fire sale, inherited it from a distant half-brother-in-law, won at a poker game.

Look at Saaed's guns in this forum. All glassed w/ Leupold and the guy can afford anything he wants.
