I have a Single Six Hunter 7½" bbl and want to find a Ruger to Weaver base that will fit the Ruger cutouts on the barrel rib. I have been looking without luck. Any help?

Exactly! Nowhere in my search did I find a reference to Burris making these. If the fit the Super Blackhawk they should fit the Single Six Hunter as well, but I'll call Burris tomorrow.

In the event these do not work, anybody else have a suggestion?

I used the Burris setup on a rifle, and they worked well. Solid connection, you just have to used the lowest rings for most scopes. With their signature rings it was the easy way to get 20 moa elevation on my scope.

Leatherwood/Hi Lux makes an adapter as well, but it is a bit odd. Their quality is a bit spotty as well. Some mounts/rings are top notch, then you'll see one that wasn't finished completely.
