Has anyone used Leupold's CDS scopes. I am thinking about buying one, but would like to see if people on here have used them and think they are worth the money.

I have and they work. I have also used Kenton Industries to have a custom turret made. Another option. The nice thing about Kenton is they can also make a windage turret.

The CDS works as-advertised. I'm a fan.

I got a CDS VX-III marked in MOA on my 264 Winny.

I think I prefer the M-1 turrets myself, though it is nice to have lower profile turrets on a hunting rig.

If you are leaning toward the VX-III I would encourage you to look through a VX-R first, as the glass is a lot clearer and brighter with my eyes and just a little more green.
