had a bushnell 3200 that had one of the interior lenses pop loose. I sent it to them for repair early october. after about 6 or 7 weeks i finally got a card acknowledging its receipt. Look it up today and it will be covered by warranty, waiting for a replacement. no time estimate given. good thing i don't need it that bad
