Where is the best place to buy a pair of Pentax to Minox. I have held and looked through them both. I am torn between them, so wherever I get the best deal is where I'll spend my money.

Try there. Call and talk to Doug and see if he can get what you want. I just got a steal on some Nikon binos before season from Doug. They worked great on my CO hunt.

They may have some close-outs or specials that aren't listed on their site.

Good Luck

It would be our pleasure to assist you with not only a very competative price but also, what we feel is the finest service and quality advise about which product would best suit your needs.

Cheap can be scary in this day of internet sales. Many sites will offer you "cheap" and when you get the item it can be any # of things (Grey market, refurb, used, etc).

Whether you buy from us or decide to purchase elsewhere, make sure that you are buying from a legit, authorized dealer and that the price you get quoted is the price you are being charged (as members here know, all prices that we quote include shipping in the USA).

A deal is only a deal if you are getting the right product, at the right price, with service behind it in case you ever have any problems.

Have a great day,
Doug

I have had really good luck just searching for "best price for rifle scopes" on the internet. I have found as much as $150 difference in prices for the same scope.

This is the BEST place to buy optics IMO.

Can't help you with where the cheapest place to buy something is.
SWFA does offer a 110% price matching guarantee though.
I'd buy from them even if they didn't.

SWFA are my friends and have earned my business and my friendship.

God bless and good shooting.

That is a different experience than many people have had with SWFA.

Go with Doug.

SWFA will never get a dime of my money and they're so called 110% price match guarantee has so many holes you could drive a truck through it!

Ask your "friend" Chris how come he no longer posts/sponsors on this board or over at 24HourCampfire.com?...

Oh, one more thing.
Before this thread gets wrapped around the axel, let me just say what I failed to say earlier.

Get a good optics dealer that you like, has what you need and treats you right.
That to me is much more important than price.
At least it is to me.

Good shooting to all........

Hey Buster,

Sounds like we really did something to tick you off. I'll answer your questions all though I don't think it matters much.

We stopped advertsing on 24hr due to a conflict of interest. Ric decided to start selling optics.

We've never advertised here but would love to, where do we sign up?

Thanks,
Chris Farris

Just saw your post too. What bad experience have you or others had with us?

I never said I had a bad experience with SWFA. But, I think it is disingenuous of you to ask that question. You know what your business practices are and how some of them are viewed by many as expressed across the net.

Oh yeah, MyNameIsEarl check out the Vortex Viper if you can. Doug may even let you look at a pair before you buy.

I had a bad experience when I did NOT do biz with SWFA.

My problems was someone beat SWFA price, but SWFA would not match it becuase the other place did not have the scope in stock. I wound up waiting for months.
