This might be a crazy comparison or even a foolish idea, but what do you guys think would be a better scope to have on a rimfire rifle? Comparing either of these two Weavers vs a Burris.

Weaver Classic Rimfire 2.5-7x28
OR
Weaver Classic Rimfire 3-9x32 AO
VS
Burris FFII BP 2-7x35 (modified to reset the paralax to 50 yds)

I have a couple Burris scopes and I like them. How would the Weaver optics compare and do you think the Burris Ballistic Plex reticle would work with a 22 LR (obviously for shorter ranges rimfire like sited at 50, then the hash marks for 75, 100, 125 or something)?
