This will be very interesting whenever they get here. Prices I have seen are extremely competitive. Should give a lot of major scope companies a very good run for their money. I am interested in the 2.5-10x42

We were hoping to get them in soon, but received an update yesterday and Nikon will not be releasing them until the end of June if we are lucky.

That's good to know ..I will be holding off 2 pending scope purchases until they come out

Will Nikon update the glass/coatings also?

I know the eye relief will be "fixed", which is a good thing.

I'll be looking at the 4-16x unit.

The coatings are the same with Nikon's Ultra ClearCoat system. The main differences is the new eyepiece, enhanced mounting space and side focus on selected models.
