Scope for a model 88 winchester ?

I have a Nikon 4x40 buckmasteer on it. But I need a little more maginification. Which would you get ? Nikon pro-staff, Buchnell legend,Simons Master series.Other suggestion appreciated but I've got to stay around 150.00

I have a Leupold VariX II 2-7X on mine, and you can find them used too.

The Wal-Marts around here are closing out their Leupold 2-7x33 Rifleman for $140+/-. Otherwise, either the 2-7x32 or 3-9x40 Nikon ProStaffs seem to work pretty well for me.

I have a Burris 6x35 Fullfield on my Savage 99 .308 and it is about perfect. In my opinion you should find a fixed power Leuopold or Burris. Looking thru these older fixed power scopes they are amazingly clear for what you pay.
